Miniatures
Portrait Miniatures: During the 18th century, portrait miniatures grew in trend. 10cm squared in size, they are were small and delicate portraits made for a wide range of people. During the late 18th century they became tokens of affection one would give to a lover.
Cat Tunsich inspired by Bettina Von Zwhel has revisited this notion of affection by creating modern portrait miniatures of the people in her life.
